Over 200,000 tourists, scientists, and eclipse fans joined the resident of Hopkinsville, Kentucky on August 21, 2017, to witness the full totality of the eclipse. Lumens joined the C4L Red-E Team to provide security support. Lumens provided  IP PTZ cameras for surveillance inside and outside the tent. All Lumens PTZ cameras were connected to the LC102 Capture Vision station for recording purposes.  A document camera was installed inside the command vehicle.

Testimonial

“With such a large area and so many people, surveillance was the name of the game so we could respond quickly and act if something went wrong. This is where Lumens came in.”

Eddy Weiss
CL4 Tactical Operation Team Commander

“The incredible ability that the Lumens products have replaced what otherwise would have been a larger staff.”
“Lumens sent a specialist of their own that was able to create a surveillance perimeter. It was truly amazing and we were more than impressed with the performance of the Lumens cameras.”
